Community Initiatives Support Services (CISS) is a non-governmental organization registered in Kenya since 1992, with headquarters in Kisumu County. Based on our vast experience in community work spanning over three decades, CISS seeks to explore and develop innovative frameworks towards attaining sustainable development. We run diverse community empowerment programs across Kisumu, Siaya and Homabay Counties with the assistance of both local and international partners.
