Poverty Reduction and Youth Engagement

CISS aims to reduce the poverty levels among the target groups by establishing sustainability in its interventions. The targeted group members are engaged in table banking in which they save and access loans for business startup, growth and expansion. Further, we have identified youth who are 70% of the population as a key to poverty reduction initiatives. The targeted youth groups are trained on entrepreneurial skills and business proposal development.
